Devyn Peterson scores trio of Top-10 finishes at Dawson County, US 30, and Boone County
Sunday afternoon found Devyn Peterson check in at Dawson County Raceway (Lexington, Neb.) for the track's Governor's Cup event.
Moving forward two spots in his heat race, Peterson started the main event from the fifth-row and landed inside the Top-10 in seventh.
Later in the week, Devyn Peterson visited both US 30 Speedway (Columbus, Neb.) and Boone County Raceway (Albion, Neb.) for their season openers.
On Thursday, Peterson charged to the win in his heat race before starting sixth in the 20-lap feature and making up three spots to finish on the podium in third. He trailed James Roebuck and Spencer Galaway while Justin Svoboda and David Johnson completed the Top-5.
Rolling into Boone on Friday evening, Devyn once again stormed to a heat race victory which earned him the seventh-starting spot for the feature. With 20-laps to work with, Peterson finished one spot off the podium in fourth.
