Bob Weikert Memorial Bigger Than Ever Before For Both Fans and Drivers

Port Royal, PA - May 22, 2024 - Port Royal Speedway is gearing up for an action-packed weekend with the much-anticipated Bob Weikert Memorial alongside Kubota High Limit Racing. The event will take place over two days, with gates opening at 3 PM on both Saturday and Sunday but plenty of activities for fans to participate in before cars hit the track.

Event Highlights:

Friday, May 24th:

Weikert Memorial Golf Tournament: Kick off the weekend at Lost Creek Golf Course with a golf tournament starting at 9 AM. The tournament will benefit the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing. Registration will start at 8AM.
Hillbilly Diesel Concert: Enjoy live music at the Port Royal Lions Club Park at 7 PM.

Saturday, May 25th:

Weikert Memorial Cornhole Tournament: Join the fun in the commercial building at 9:30 AM.

Kids' Zone: Games and competitions against drivers starting at 3 PM. There will be an ice cream giveaway courtesy of The Frozen Farmer, musical chairs, basketball, and more alongside some PA Posse and High Limit Racing favorites.

Pre-Race Show: Hosted by Brad Strawser and Kendra Jacobs, featuring High Limit Racing's top drivers at 4 PM.

Racing Action: 410 sprint cars from Kubota High Limit Racing and the PA Posse compete for a $10,000 prize and Selinsgrove Ford super late models race for $4,000, starting at 7:30 PM.

Post-Race Concert: Celebrate with a performance by Gravy following the races in the fairgrounds commercial building.

Sunday, May 26th:

Donut Delivery: Complimentary donuts for campers at 9 AM will be delivered throughout the camping area.

Tailgate Contest: Fans can show off their best tailgate setup starting at 11 AM. Judges will make their way throughout the camping area, judging the setups and awarding the winner a prize pack courtesy of Weikert Livestock.

Indianapolis 500 Watch Party presented by Huset's High Bank Nationals: Enjoy the historic race and cheer on High Limit and NASCAR's Kyle Larson in the commercial building at 12 PM. Fans will have to purchase a ticket from the main office. That ticket will allow fans into racing activities for the whole day. There will be food, games, and raffle prizes available for fans to participate in including 2 three-night passes to the Tuscarora 50, 2 four-day tickets to Huset's High Bank Nationals, 2 tickets to Pocono's July 14th NASCAR Cup Series race, and Kyle Larson Indy 500 merchandise.

Concert by Gravy: A second performance by Gravy following the watch party in the commercial building.

Racing Finale: The weekend culminates with the $75,000 to win Bob Weikert Memorial Finale for the 410 sprint cars, and they will be supported by the Zimmerman Truck Repair limited late models who are racing for $2,000 to win.

Dry camping - $35/weekend - first come, first served

General admission grandstand (sections H-O, rows 1-11) & infield
Adults - $40
