WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. (June 3, 2024) Making the trek to Razorback country, the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints will take on Crowley’s Ridge Raceway on Friday, June 7, and Riverside International Speedway on Saturday, June 8.

A regular stomping ground for the former ASCS Mid-South Region, the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints rolling in signals a new crop of drivers, and a few returning favorites. In the last ASCS-sanctioned event held at Crowley’s Ridge Raceway on June 11, 2023, Derek Hagar made a familiar appearance in Victory Lane.

The track’s annual “No Fender Friday” will also include MSCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars and Mini-Sprints.

Friday, June 7, opens at 5:00 P.M., with racing set to go green at 7:30 P.M. (CDT). Admission is $20 for adults, $10 for youth (6-13), and kids five and under free. Crowleys Ridge Raceway is located at 1708 Highway 351 in Paragould, Ark. For more information, log onto http://www.crowleysridgeraceway.com or call (870) 236-3141.

Onto the legendary Riverside International Speedway, the track affectionately known as “The Ditch” will provide arguably the toughest competition for the traveling teams as Derek Hagar, Dale Howard, Sammy Swindell, Marshall Skinner, and Howard Moore are just a few of the local hot shoes set to be in action.

Saturday, June 8, opens at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:30 P.M. (CDT). Modifieds, 600 Mini Sprints, and Stock Cars are also on the card. Tickets are $25 for adults, $5 for youth (6-11), and free for kids five and under. Riverside International Speedway is located at 151 Legion Road in West Memphis, Ark.
