Hedgecock third in weekly show at I-75; washed out at Tazewell Speedway

Sticking close to home over the weekend, Cory Hedgecock made a quick stop at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon to compete in the weekly 604 Late Model division.

Rolling off eighth in the 30-lap main event, Hedgecock made up five spots to finish third behind Ricky Weiss and Bradley Lewelling. Cory also competed in the Limited Late Model division but did not start the feature.

Making the trip to Tazewell (Tenn.) Speedway on Saturday, Hedgecock qualified sixth-quickest in his group before rain showers washed out the remainder of the evening.
