Port Royal Speedway Hosts Jim Kline Tribute Race This Saturday

Port Royal, PA – This Saturday, June 24, 2024, Port Royal Speedway will pay tribute to one of its most celebrated car owners, Jim Kline, with a special night of racing and remembrance. The Jim Kline Tribute Race will honor Kline's lasting legacy in the world of sprint car racing, bringing together fans, drivers, and the racing community for an unforgettable evening.

Fans will have the unique opportunity to see Jim Kline’s famed #22 sprint car up close, as it will be on display on the main concourse before the race. This legendary car has left an indelible mark on the history of the sport and serves as a symbol of Kline’s dedication and passion for racing.

In a special tribute, the #22 sprint car will pace the field for a few laps during the 410 sprint car A-main event. This ceremonial lap will be a poignant reminder of Kline’s contributions and the impact he had on the racing community.

The night’s action-packed schedule will feature not only the Weikert Livestock 410 sprint cars but also the Selinsgrove Ford super late models and the Penns Valley Meat Market 305 sprint cars. Fans can expect thrilling competition and edge-of-the-seat excitement as drivers battle it out on the track.
