Andrew Kosiski scores first victory of 2024 with Malvern Bank at Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway
Kicking off the weekend early on Thursday night, Andrew Kosiski was one of 27 Super Late Models checked in with the Malvern Bank East Series at Dubuque (Iowa) Fairgrounds Speedway.
Racing from fourth-to-second in his heat race, Kosiski started on the front row of the 30-lap feature. Quickly jumping out to an early lead, Andrew led all thirty laps to score his first victory of the season. Despite a tire going down late in the event, Kosiski held on to pocket the $3,000 payday over Andy Eckrich and Chris Simpson.
Trying to go two-in-a-row at Lafayette County Speedway (Darlington, Wis.) on Friday, Andrew started fifth in the $3,000-to-win feature and finished just outside the Top-5 in sixth.
