Jackson Hise charges to seventh-place finish at Lancaster with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series
Returning to the series after his road trip out to the Midwest, Jackson Hise followed the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series to Lancaster (S.C.) Motor Speedway on Friday afternoon for the Buddy Crook Memorial.
Starting 17th in the $12,000-to-win main event, Hise methodically moved his way into the Top-10 to record a seventh-place finish.
With Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) taking the second leg of the doubleheader, Jackson found himself in a last chance qualifier and was unable to find a transfer spot. Starting 26th with a provisional, Hise pulled off early and finished 22nd.
Hise is the Rookie of the Year points leader with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
