Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series brings Cla Knight to Lancaster and Cherokee

Debuting a special throwback wrap dedicated to his father, Cla Knight checked in with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at Lancaster (S.C.) Motor Speedway on Friday afternoon for the Buddy Crook Memorial.

Finishing fifth in his heat race, Knight started 20th in the $12,000-to-win main event and made up four spots to finish 16th.

At Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Saturday, Cla was battling for a transfer position when the wheel broke off going into turn one. Taking a provisional for the 50-lap main event, Knight pulled off early and recorded a 23rd-place finish.

Knight is currently 11th in the series point standings.
