Tad Pospisil picks up Tri-State Series victory during busy week of racing

Tad Pospisil began a week-long race trip on Monday afternoon at Eagle (Neb.) Raceway with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the High Bank Heist.

Making up two spots in his heat race, Pospisil started the $10,000-to-win feature from the seventh-row and finished 12th in the main event.

The following night at Shelby County Speedway (Harlan, Iowa), Tad started 13th in the Kosiski Family Memorial and fell to 19th when the checkers flew.

Switching gears with the Tri-State Late Model Series on Wednesday afternoon, Pospisil and his team rolled into Huset's Speedway (Brandon, S.D.) for the first of four nights at the facility.

Running third in the $6,000-to-win opener, Tad put together his best night on Thursday as he started the 30-lap feature from the front-row and dominated the main event for the $3,000 score.

Returning to the Malvern Bank Series on Friday and Saturday at the same track, Pospisil struggled on Friday with a 19th-place outing before pulling together a Top-5 finish in Saturday's $5,053-to-win finale.
