Bill W's Notes for 8/4
Welcome to the Avanti Windows & Doors Capitani Classic Presented by Great Southern Bank! Arguably the toughest one-day show in racing, the most cars of any event this season anywhere are assembled, as the number is topping 80. Plenty of tickets remain, so you need to make it out for these drivers' last chance to tune their machines before the 63rd NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals Presented by Casey's. Just about every part of the country and every series running sprint cars is represented here tonight, including the World of Outlaws and High Limit series. The Knoxville regulars are here to try and defend their home turf for a winner's share of $13,000!
You can follow my live notes here, and find lineups and results on the MyRacePass App or on KnoxvilleRaceway.com in the "Events" section. If you can't make it out, and are interested in the PPV Broadcast, that is on www.DirtVision.com.
