Ward four-peats in Prelude to Super Nationals at Boone

Tim Ward’s Labor Day weekend kicked off on Saturday evening with a return to Boone (IA) Speedway for the Prelude to the IMCA Super Nationals.

Aboard his Precision Performance No. 4TW Modified, Tim’s third-to-first heat showing positioned him on the outside front row of the main event. Outrunning fellow front-row starter Izac Mallicoat, Ward soared to his fourth straight NAPA Auto Parts Double Down Prelude triumph in the 25-lap feature.

He notched his 15th win of the 2024 campaign ahead of Mallicoat, Ethan Braaksma, Cory Sauerman, and Ryan McDaniel.
