Freeman tackles SAS doubleheader through North Georgia and Sugar Creek

On Friday and Saturday, Payton Freeman took part in the Southern All Stars Dirt Racing Series doubleheader at North Georgia Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.) and Sugar Creek Raceway (Blue Ridge, Ga.).

Freeman finished 20th in the $4,000-to-win opener and placed slightly better on Saturday evening with a 13th-place outing.
