Summer Slam Info:
$20,000 Total Payout for Box vs No Box (Eight-Mile):
Winner: $10,000
Runner up: $7,000
Semis: $1,500
Entry: $300
First Round Buy-Backs: $80
Double Entries will be allowed
Racers will get two time trials. Once eliminations begin, box cars will race only against box cars, and no-box cars will race only against no-box cars. When one group is down to the final car, the remaining racers will be combined into a single class. If there is the same amount of entries the winner from box & no box will race for the Winners & Runner up purse and the runner ups from each side will collect the semi-finals purse. The last no-box car standing will receive $1,000 and if they win the event they’ll receive another $1,000 on top!
Drivers with double entries will receive both a red and a blue tech card. You will be called to the lanes by class and tech card color for example, Box – Blue Tech Cards & Box – Red Tech Cards. It is your responsibility to make sure the correct car number is displayed on your vehicle for each entry. Failure to do so may result in disqualification for that round.
Once eliminations begin, the Box Class will be separated into Door Cars and Dragsters. Each will run independently until one side reaches its final entry, at which point remaining rounds will be combined.

If you choose to buy back into competition, all Buy Backs will race against other Buy Backs in a separate round. Winners from the Buy Back round will then be placed into eliminations round.
