Lebanon, Oregon- Probably the most historic race not just at Willamette Speedway but in the entire Pacific Northwest region returns Saturday June 6th. All five regular classes will be on the card including the Super Dirt Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Super Sports, Sportsman, and Street Stocks. But before the action gets started on the 1/3-mile clay oval the Karts will kick the weekend off on Friday night.

General admission to the Friday Kart race will be FREE of charge. Pit Passes are $10.00 and Car and Driver fees will be $30.00. The Pit Gate will open up around 4:00 PM and racing is scheduled to begin around 6:30.

After a week off the Super Dirt Late Models are excited to get back to it. Brian Cronk will look to keep his momentum of good fortune continue this Saturday. Cronk became the first repeat winner in 2015 after sweeping both nights of the Clair Cup. Trevor Glaser, Rob Mayea, and John Duty are drivers with just a single feature win this season.

The IMCA Modifieds are also coming back from a week off. Collen Winebarger has won all but one feature, he has three victories, in the current campaign including the last two. Dustin Cady is the only other winner in the division.

Randy Barley and Gil Pickett are tied for most triumphs in the Super Sports with two apiece. Chris Mott, Clay Debban, and Brian Smith have one win each too. This class has undergone some rule changes which will bring back sideboards, wedge noses, and topless roofs. It should be really fun to see the new look of the Super Sports for the rest of the year. Also Knothole Market has added to the purse making all the remaining races all $500.00 to win.

In the Sportsman ranks Tom Yeack is on a hot streak. Yeack has won the last two main events to bring his total to three visits to victory lane. Sandy Sanders has two winner's circle appearances while Kevin Williamson, who drove for Sanders, and Dennis Archer have won once.

Finally the Street Stocks have had a dominance force in the last few races. Kyle Yeack has put together three straight victories in the class. This ties him with Justin Evans for the most triumphs this season. Steve Jorgensen is the only single race victor. Will Yeack make it four straight?

On Saturday the Pit Gates will open at 1:00 PM, the Pit Meeting will take place at 2:30, Front Gates open at 3:30, and Racing starts at 6:00. Tickets for this event are Adults $14.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
