Scofield Set For Crocker's Cars Summer Showdown At Willamette

Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway will be hosting the Crocker's Cars Summer Showdown on Friday July 31st and Saturday August 1st. This will be the biggest Kart race of the 2015 campaign at the facility. One driver that is aiming to take the trophy and prize money home is Eric Scofield.
“It's been a pretty good year to me and I'm having fun,” said Scofield, “up at Salem we got second at the Kage Cup and that helped us headed into Lebanon.”
The Albany teenager has had a very good year in his first go at the Open Kage division. Eric has managed to win two races in four starts. He also has four top fives with a worst finish of third on July 10th. Look out for the Scofield's Karts & Parts/Lassen RV/The Human Bean Coffee #37 QRC Area51
“I plan on doing my best this weekend,” he continued to say, “I'd be more than happy win with a good run but I just want to go out there and have fun.”
General Admission is FREE both nights of the Crocker's Car Summer Shootout. Pit Passes are the normal $10.00 and Car and Driver fees will be the standard $30.00 per night.
