TULSA, Okla. (August 11, 2015) Action in Montana lights up again this weekend with the ASCS Frontier Region going for another pairing with the Gallatin Speedway in Belgrade, Mont. on Friday, August 14 followed by the Billings Motorsports Park, located just north of Billings, Mont. on Saturday, August 15.

Two previous visits by the Frontier Region to the Gallatin Speedway has seen just as many winners in 2015 with David Hoiness topping action on June 12, followed by Travis Rilat who parked in Victory Lane on July 31.

In the series last visit to the Billings Motorsports Park on August 1, David Hoiness walked away with the winner’s check. In five visits to the three-eighths mile oval, J.J. Hickle and David Hoiness have each scored a pair of wins. Johnny Herrera stood victorious in the National Tour’s visit on July 18.

With a back injury taking J.J. Hickle out of the seat in the series last outings at the Belgrade and Billings’ ovals, Phil Dietz has assumed the point with a commanding 215 point advantage over David Hoiness with a single victory to go with 11 top-fives’, and nothing short of a top-ten in every outing this season. Skylar Gee holds third with Hickle slipping back to fourth. Bryan Brown currently makes up the top-five.

Sponsored by O’Reilly Auto Parts, Friday, August 14 at the Gallatin Speedway will get underway at 7:35 P.M. (MT) and will include Modifieds, Super Stocks, and Street Stocks. For more information on the Gallatin Speedway, log onto http://www.gallatinspeedway.com or call (406) 388-9666.
