Dave Walters Enters NELMS Season Finale As Point Leader

Yakima, Washington- Central Washington State Fair Raceway will host the final two races of 2015 for the Northwest Extreme Late Model Series on Friday September 25th and Saturday the 26th. Leading the current point standings is Dave Walters from Boring, Oregon. That point lead however is just a mere twenty markers over second place.
“Yakima is a neat deal and it's a nice big track,” said Walters, “we are going for the win both days.”
Walters has had a very good run this year picking up up four top fives including two main event victories. Those triumphs would come at Willamette Speedway on May 30th and Sunset Speedway Park on August 8th. He has ventured to the 3/8-mile clay oval in Yakima once and he finished seventh in that race.
“Last year Joey (Tanner) drove the car last year on Friday and ended up winning,” continued the driver of the All In Property Investments/Joey Tanner Racing/Warpaint Motorsports Graphix #67 MasterSbilt, “Joey has been helping me with the setup for this weekend and we should be in good shape.”
Racing each night is scheduled to begin around 6:00 PM and Pit Passes are $35.00. Reserved seating will be sold to folks wanting specific seats for $18.00 each. The Northwest Extreme Late Model Series is the only touring Dirt Late Model organization in the Pacific Northwest.
