RACE OF CHAMPIONS DIRT 602 SPORTSMAN SERIES READIES FOR BIG THREE RACE WEEKEND
The Race of Champions along with Ohsweken, Merrittville and Humberstone Speedway will be giving Dirt 602 Sportsman Modified Series competitors the opportunity to compete during a lucrative stretch over a three race weekend beginning with Ohsweken on Friday, August 24, Merrittville on Saturday, August 25 and Humbertsone on Sunday, August 26.
All three races will pay a minimum of $1,000-to-win with the Sunday event at Humberstone paying $2,000-to-win.
Currently the top-four of Cody McPherson of Saint Catharines, Ontario; Chad Chevalier of Port Colborne, Ontario; Brad Rouse of Saint Catharines, Ontario and James Henry of Naples, N.Y., are separated by just 18 points in the championship chase for an additional $1,000.
“It’s anybody’s game right now,” stated Cody McPherson, who is having one of his best seasons. “We are going to give it our all and we’re really looking forward to next weekend. It’s going to be good racing and a lot of fun over the course of three nights.”

Directions: The track is located is at 1987 Chiefswood Road, Ohskweken, Ontario – just minutes South of the 403 (London/Toronto) and approximately 60-miles Northwest of Buffalo, N.Y. and Fort Erie, Ontario.

Directions: The track is located is just a short drive from Niagara Falls and St. Catherines, Ontario as well as just 20-miles from downtown Buffalo and the Peace Bridge at 1716 HWY 3 in Port Colborne, Ontario.
