Midwest Sprint Touring Series
Rain, cold cancels S.D. Sprint Nats at Park Jefferson
A weekend of rain and cold has forced management at Park Jefferson Speedway to pull the plug on the South Dakota Sprint Car Nationals featuring the Property Solutions of America Midwest Sprint Touring Series and Carpet Land Nebraska 360 Sprint Series presented by Malvern Bank.
The 2019 MSTS season is now scheduled to start May 3 at the I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Nebraska, for the Bobby Parker Memorial. The event is co-sanctioned with the Nebraska 360s. MSTS last visited I-80 Speedway in 2016 when Jack Dover went to victory lane. Jason Martin is the defending champion of the Bobby Parker Memorial.
Anyone with advanced tickets or registration for the Park Jefferson Speedway event should contact the track for refund options.
