The 2019 Northwest Pro4 Alliance Challenge Series season is just one month away, and the teams are preparing for the third running of the Best of the West Pro4 Shootout. May 18th the best pro4 teams from the northwest will meet at Hermiston raceway (Hermiston, OR) to find out who’s the best.

The TRE racing stables stole the show in the first two installments with #03 Steve Thompson’s 2017 win at Magic Valley Speedway (Twin Falls, ID) and #16 Rick Thompson’s victory at Stateline Speedway (Post Falls, ID).

In the first running of the Best of the West in Oregon, the Beaver State will be represented strongly. Stayton, Oregon native Joe Bowers will be looking to power his #55+ car to victory lane for the first time. Also looking to grab his first win in his Hayes Brothers Racing #22 is James Hayes, joining us from Enterprise, Oregon.

The out of state teams will be looking to kick of 2019 on the right foot. #72 Eddie Secord of Oak Hills, California will be looking to get back into victory, and bring an end to a long streak of bad luck to his Salem, Oregon based Renegade Racing team. Washington native Brain Cole has been consistently improving over the last few seasons and would love to kick of 2019 titled as “The Best in the West”.

Making his Northwest Pro4 Alliance debut is Athena, Oregon’s #69 of Cody Mcdonald. Mcdonald calls Hermiston Raceway his hometrack and would love to pick up the win in front of the home crowd.

$25 lap sponsors are being sold to help payout these teams, and many more making the trip for the third annual Best of the West Pro4 Shootout. Buy your laps now, and you will be automatically entered in a drawing for one of two $100 gift cards to Frank’s Radio Service!
