WNY HEROES NIGHT & FULL CARD OF RACING THIS FRIDAY AT THE BIG R

RANSOMVILLE, N.Y. (June 9, 2019) - With three shows now in the books for the Ransomville Speedway in 2019, things are really starting to heat up as we approach the start of summer. This Friday night, June 14, National Maintenance Construction Company (NMCC) presents WNY Heroes Night at the “Big R” featuring a full card of racing.

Since its inception in 2007, WNY Heroes, Inc. has grown exponentially, becoming a critical life sustaining vehicle for Western New York veterans and their families by providing immediate financial assistance to those in need. They offer various grants and programs to military families in need, including school supplies, car repairs, financial assistance and more. Representatives from WNY Heroes will be on hand Friday in the Busch VIP Suites.

NMCC has been long standing supporter of racing at Ransomville Speedway. Their logo can be found on the side of various race cars on Friday nights, including the #14 Street Stock of Pat Dell and the #25 Modified of Erick Rudoplh. From welding and fabrication to industrial maintenance and general contracting, National Maintenance Contracting Corporation has done it all for over 20 years. From their location in Niagara Falls, NMCC delivers safe, high-quality services by a dedicated team of professionals at a fair and competitive price. To contact NMCC, call (716) 285-1583 or online at www.nmccnational.com.

There has been plenty of action in the first three races of the year at Ransomville. Only two drivers, Erick Rudolph in the Modifieds and Butch Zimmerman in the Novice Sportsman, have managed to win multiple races. Rudolph scored two wins this past weekend as he also won at Land of Legends Raceway in Canandaigua on Saturday following his second win of the year at the “Big R” on Friday night. His hot start to the 2019 season also includes a Super DIRTCar Series win at Weedsport Speedway during Memorial Day weekend.

The The Krown Undercoating 358 Modifieds, Investors Service Sportsman, Ki-Po Chevrolet Street Stocks, Gippster's Collision Mini Stocks and Stevenson's Hardware Novice Sportsman will all be in action this Friday. Pit gates will open at 5 p.m. with grandstands opening at 6 p.m. Racing starts at 7:15 p.m. Grandstand admission is $15 for adults, $13 for seniors and students (ages 13-17), $8 for children ages 9-12 and kids 8 and under are free. Pit admission is $27 for member, $32 for non-member.
