Double Header Weekend to Feature the Windy 50 Modifieds and Must See 410 Sprints!

The Windy 50 is set to take center stage at Sandusky Speedway during this double header weekend. On Saturday the Windy 50 in honor of the late 'Pops' Klinect will feature the best of the area Modified drivers. After the 50 lap feature the driver taking the checkered flag will also take home $1,200.00. "We get some of the best drivers in the area for this race, so we decided that we would filter some of the money throughout the purse", stated Kevin Jaycox the promoter for the event. The purse will break out as follows:

1 – 1200.00
2 – 650.00
3 – 550.00
4 – 400.00
5 – 300.00
6 – 225.00
7 – 215 .00
8 – 205.00
9 to 24 – 200.00

Also on the card for the nights racing are the Lake Erie Stocks, Renegades, Beginner Stocks and the Vintage American Race Cars. Qualifying begins at 5:30 and racing at 7:00pm!

On Sunday the Must See 410 Sprints will battle for the rights to the border war! The race will showcase the best drivers in the 410 Sprint series and take bragging rights back to their home state. Gate open at 2:00pm, Qualifying at 4:00pm and racing at 5:00pm. The Midwest Compact Touring Series will also be in action on Sunday!
