KASTNER RETURNS TO VICTORY LANE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2019
Craig Kastner started on the pole for the IMCA Sport Compact feature. When the green flag waved, Kastner and outside pole sitter Braydee Hanson briefly battled for the lead. Kastner pulled away but the battle for third was heating up between Nathan Mundahl and Peder Dekrey. As they raced hard, it allowed fifth place Andy Reed to close in. It was now a three car battle for third place. As the checkered flag waved, Andy Reed just narrowly edged Nathan Mundahl and Peder Dekrey for third place. Braydee Hanson had to settle for second as Craig Kastner broke into Dacotah Speedway victory lane for the first time this season.
