Marshalltown Speedway
UAW Local 893 Cliff Chambers Memorial moved to Thursday April 30th.
Speedway officials have been working with the World of Outlaw Late Model series to make events in Central Iowa be as big as the can.
The Cliff Chambers Memorial has been moved from its original date Friday May 1st to Thursday April 30th. "We know there is a big event in the area Friday and Saturday that same weekend", stated Promoter Toby Kruse. "We wanted to work with them to give the racers and fans the option to attend Marshalltown that weekend along with the Outlaw show in Boone."
Thursday April 30th will be a regular tracks point night, as it is a regular scheduled points event. The IMCA Modifieds will pay $1,000.00 to Win and the IMCA SportMods will race for $500.00 to Win. Racing that evening will also be IMCA Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks, Late Models and ModLites.
