To Our Competitors, Participants and Team Members;

We will continue issue information as it becomes available.

We will be switching to contactless transactions, if you have an issue with this, please e-mail info@rocmodifiedseries.com and we will make alternate arrangements, please know that alternate arrangements must be justified.

Event registration link: https://www.myracepass.com/series/1810/registrations/2585 - the event registration, will count toward your “full” season membership. You may have to create a "free" account to complete the registration if you do not have an existing account.

W-9; the is loaded on the website; http://www.rocmodifiedseries.com/downloads/get.aspx?i=584900 it must be filled out, completely, if it is scanned and returned, it must be legible. If this is not completed, you will not be paid. Unfortunately, we can't chase you down for this information based on the conditions which we must operate under. We would prefer that it is scanned and e-mailed to info@rocmodifiedseries.com

DRAWS: All draws will be done by the MyRacePass website draw generator and will be posted before practice with the exception of the Modified draw.

The Modified draw will be posted 30-minutes prior to "tire sales beginning" for this event.

Modified Tires will be purchased, picked and mounted at the event. A team may choose to provide a credit card for payment at the time of purchase (we also have other options) or send a check with the team representative at the time of sale. Tires must be paid for prior to them leaving the tire sale area.

For the Modifieds, tires will still be sold in a group format. The tire groups will be the same as the original group post. We will permit two teams (one person from each team) for 3 minutes per team. We understand how critical tire sizing is, however due to social distancing, this will be the policy moving forward until things return "closer to normal". There will be plenty of tires available for the event and to satisfy each team's needs.

Sportsman Tires purchased at Erie will follow similar procedures as the Modifieds as well as all serial numbers for tires being logged. If tires were not purchased from the Race of Champions, those tires will not be permitted into competition for the event.

Super Stock , Four Cylinder and TQ Midget tires are available for purchase, please contact info@rocmodifiedseries.com for tire purchasing procedures. All tires must have a form of payment presented at the time of pickup.

There are used 1070 tires available. Please contact us for information in regard to the used tire allotment.

Fuel: We intend to place a fuel order if there is enough demand. Fuel must be paid for in advance. We are working on having VP service the event and an update will be made on that situation in the coming days.

To order Fuel, please contact info@rocmodifiedseries.com with your fuel request and contact information. We will verify and verify payment. Prices will remain similar (if not the same as last season). PLEASE NOTE: If you intend to order fuel, your order must be in by Monday, July 15, 2020 @ 12:00 pm (Noon).

Event Specific rules;

Masks or facial covering is recommended and should be practiced in the event of a conversation with any team members, series, track or safety officials.

Social Distancing will be practiced. Randomly walking through the pit area will not be permitted. Teams must stay within their trailer area except when watching their specific races. After their specific race is complete, teams must return to their immediate trailer area.

The driver's meetings for the events will be conducted over the Public Address System and posted on the Race of Champions Facebook site via video communication.

There will not be a lineup board for the event. All events will be posted via social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) as well as the MyRacePass APP.

Payoff will be via check for all divisions.

The pit area will be closed 1 hour after the conclusion of the final event and all trailers and teams must leave. Congregation will not be permitted in the pit area.

The T.Q. Midgets will run the rules as posted in the 2019 rule book. The wing will not be required for the event. All other divisions will run the updated 2020 rules as they appear in the rulebook.

Pit Passes will be available later this week on the PitPay App. If you want to download and setup your account. The PitPay App is specific to the applicant and requires photo identification to prevent the transfer of any pass. Identification will be required to obtain your PitPass upon entry.

Tickets: Currently Advance Discount Tickets are available at https://www.lakeeriespeedway.com/current-season/purchase-tickets/ - pre-sale tickets are $10 for Friday, June 26 and $15 for Saturday, June 27, prior to purchasing fees.

Overnight Camping; A decision in regard to overnight camping will be made once all guidelines for operation of the event are received and preparations are made. There are several campgrounds within a very short drive of the facility if you are seeking this. This is a Lake Erie Speedway event and it will be their decision as they follow the guidelines that are being presented to them. The information will be related once it is received.

There will be hand sanitizing locations at various points throughout the pit area, including the Race of Champions Series Trailer, Tire Sale Area and additional areas near the restrooms.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you

Joe Skotnicki and the Race of Champions Family
