Sewell logs 15th career OCRS victory at Humboldt
by John Rittenoure - HUMBOLDT, Kans. (August 20, 2021) - The AmeriFlex / OCRS IMCA Sprint Cars returned to action Friday night at Humboldt Speedway and Alex Sewell returned to the winners circle for the third time this season.
Sewell came off the outside front row and logged his 15th OCRS career victory. Joe Bob Lee charged from 10th starting and into second behind Sewell. Pole sitter Cody Whitworth hung onto third.
Racing continues on Saturday for the AmeriFlex / OCRS IMCA sprints with a visit to Nevada Speedway. Race time is 7:30 p.m.
