#94 Ryan Smith impresses and progresses with the World of Outlaws

Ryan Smith proves he’s making major gains and is one to watch amongst the best on dirt!
Akron, Ohio-Summer must be on its way …the Outlaws were in town! With the ever looming threat of spring showers, the World of Outlaws invaded Pennsylvania Posse territory. First stop Lincoln Speedway, Abbottstown, Pa. The #94 RWR/S&S Speedways car driven by Ryan Smith makes only their second appearance with the Outlaws since Qualifying 3rd at the World Finals in Charlotte. This time the newly formed team would test their skills by representing the Pa Posse closer to home. #94 RWR/S&S Speedway Team race recap: Wednesday, 5/14 Lincoln Speedway- Qualified 17th, heat finish in 5th. Transfers to feature and finished 18th
Friday, 5/16 Williams Grove Speedway- Qualified 24th finished heat in 5th to transfer into the Feature. Feature finish 13th from the 20th starting position.
Saturday, 5/17 Williams Grove Speedway- Qualified 8th Finished heat race in 3rd and finished the feature in 12th.
Sunday, 5/18 Orange County Fair Speedway OCFS-Qualified 7th, finished heat in 2nd and finished the feature in 11th.
Tuesday, 5/20 New Egypt Speedway NES- after a timing malfunction costs Smith a possible QUICK TIME. Smith would re-qualify 3rd finished, finish 4th in the heat, 3rd in the Dash for Cash and would finish the feature in 9th, while posting lap times faster than most of the front runners in the later stages of the race.
Smith finishes the World of Outlaw week meeting all of his personal goals. Knowing, to be the best you have to beat the best, Smith was pleased to make vast improvements over his attempts with the Outlaws in 2013. “We set out to work on our qualifying package and to make the feature every night. The team worked hard and achieved that goal, now we need to fine tune our race set up. I can’t thank this team enough for the hard work they put in, Rob Warko for his incredible support and the support of my family.” Say Smith. The #94 RWR/S&S Speedways team returns to Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night where Smith is currently sitting 3rd in points.
