Wilson West Coast Bound With World of Outlaws for Races in Las Vegas and Perris

Inside Line Promotions – BENTON RIDGE, Ohio (Feb. 27, 2018) – Greg Wilson is traveling west for the first of two swings on the West Coast this season with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series.

Wilson and his Hercules Tires, DNC Hydraulics, Ohio Logistics and Gear Alloy Wheels sponsored team will invade The Dirt Track at Las Vegas in Las Vegas for the FVP Outlaw Showdown this Wednesday and Thursday before venturing to Perris Auto Speedway in Perris, Calif., on Saturday for the SoCal Showdown.

“We always enjoy traveling to the western part of the United States,” he said. “There are some great tracks, fans and sponsors out there.”

Wilson has steadily improved his results at both The Dirt Track at Las Vegas and at Perris Auto Speedway.

“We only get to those tracks one time a year so I feel like we’re gaining on it year by year,” he said. “We posted our career-best result at each track last year so hopefully we can improve on that this year and keep the momentum rolling.”

Not only did Wilson net a career-best result during his most recent race at each track, he earned the Hard Charger Award for passing the most cars during his lone visit to Perris Auto Speedway last year.

“That’s always a confidence booster to pass the most cars in a race,” he said. “We have confidence going into this week’s races and we’re looking forward to spending the next few weeks racing in the West.”

Last weekend’s World of Outlaws events in Texas rained out.
