Brian Brown Wrapping Up World of Outlaws California Swing This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. (March 28, 2019) – Brian Brown is returning to California this weekend for his final scheduled visit of the season.
Brown will compete with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series on Friday at Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford and on Saturday at Perris Auto Speedway in Perris during the SoCal Showdown.
“We’re looking forward to ending the West Coast Swing strong,” he said. “Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to race at Keller Auto Speedway or Perris Auto Speedway much the past few years so hopefully we’re quick out of the box and we can get off to a hot start in qualifying each night. That is what sets you up for a positive result.”
Brown has three career starts at Keller Auto Speedway with the World of Outlaws, but only one since posting his career-best result of 13th in 2014.
“They’ve changed the track a little bit since we’ve last been there so that should make us all have to learn on the fly,” he said. “They’ve had some good weather out near Hanford this week so we’re looking forward to getting back to the track.”
Brown will make his fifth career visit to Perris Auto Speedway, where his eighth-place finish in 2014 was his career best. He has also raced there only once since that event.
“Perris is a little bit bigger track and is more similar to some of the places we race at in the Midwest and East Coast,” he said. “Qualifying is as critical there as anywhere we go so it will be key to get the night started with a strong qualifying lap.”
