Neitzel Takes Hartford Speedway

The IRA Bumper to Bumper Sprints returned to Michigan for the first time since 2012 to compete at the now 3/8th mile Hartford Motor Speedway. Scotty Neitzel turned countless laps at the Michigan oval early in his career but that was when it was a huge ½ mile track and not the new configuration. As it turned out, a change in track layout would not hurt Neitzel however as the Beaver Dam Wisconsin native lead all 25 laps in route to his 24th career IRA Bumper to Bumper Sprints victory.
