2015 Southern Ontario Sprints AGM & Championship Awards Gala

Celebrating 20 Seasons of Racing!

The Southern Ontario Sprints brings the 20th season of racing to a conclusion with the final event for the year, the 20th annual Championship Award Gala where Mitch Brown will be crowned SOS Champion. The event will once again be hosted at the Holiday Inn - Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre on November 14, 2015.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The day will start with the Annual General Meeting from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm in the Burlington South meeting room. All members are encouraged to attend. Elections are to be held for Executive and Board member positions. There will be discussions on the growth and direction of the future of the club and recruitment for the positions of Race Director, Technical Director and Pit Steward. As well, there will be voting on rule change proposals.

Rule changes must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to the meeting. Proposals are to be submitted to the board via e-mail at media@southernontariosprints.ca.

SOS ALUMNI 20th ANNIVERSARY SOCIAL REUNION
Following the AGM, anyone ever involved in the SOS, past or present; drivers, members, executive, staff and fans alike; are invited to attend a special 20th Season SOS Alumni Reunion. Come out to take a look back at the series over the past 20 years, reunite with former members & friends, meet drivers, view memorabilia and enjoy an afternoon immersed in discussions of great racing past and present. The reunion will take place in the Burlington Foyer from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

20TH ANNUAL CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS GALA
The SOS invite you to join us for an evening of fun and great food as the club recognizes this year's Champion, Award winners and Top 10 in championship point standings.

Cocktails will start at 6:00 pm with dinner served at 6:30 pm. The awards presentation will follow dinner. The event will take place in the Burlington Room.

Please book your room by Friday, October 23, 2015. Room rates for the hotel are $110 for single queen with sofabed or $115 for two double beds.
