Another Great Season Ahead In 2022

The 2022 season will begin in just under 90 days time. Once the snow is gone and mud season dries up a little the winged 360 sprint cars will be racing at dirt tracks here in New England. The schedule is complete and will be released soon. The series will visit a new track this year, with New Hampshire Motor Speedway putting down a new clay surface on The Flat Track. NHMS will host two major events in 2022. The first is the Musket Dirt Shootout to be held on Saturday, June 18th. This event will pay $1500 to win with a great purse down through the field. The second event will be the Friday Night Dirt Duels on Friday , July 15th . This event will pay $3000 to win and a great purse down through as well. The July event will be held on NHMS Nascar Cup Series weekend and a huge crowd is expected. All race teams must pre register at the NHMS website. This a great way to see some 360 winged sprint cars in action here in New England. SCoNE will also visit the beautiful Devil's Bowl Speedway in West Haven , VT three times. All Devil's Bowl races will be on the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekends. Devil's Bowl Speedway has always paid a good purse when hosting SCoNE and able to bring in some other 360 winged sprint cars from New York. Bear Ridge Speedway will host some events , and Legion Speedway in Wentworth, NH will hold six races. Legion Speedway will be switching back to Friday night racing under new track promoter Ron Giroux, who is also the Series Director for SCoNE.

Many of the sponsors from 2021 will return this season along with some new ones. Sonia's Auto group from Orange, MA. has joined SCoNE as a series partner, along with New Hampshire Oil Undercoating.

SCoNE is always looking for new race teams to join us and also new series . We are a small series so everything helps. Our series gives back to the teams that support the series. Email us at racingscone@gmail.com with your questions or suggestions.

SCoNE would like to offer their condolences to the family of long time New Hampshire racer Jack Cook. Gentleman Jack may you Rest in Peace

Be Kind
