Saiz & Stelzig Secure Weekend Victories at Vado Speedway Park with POWRi NMMRA

Belleville, IL. (11/6/22) State-of-the-Art Vado Speedway Park would host the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association running with the POWRi Sunset Grill 360 Non-Wing Sprints in a great showing of speed over the weekend in the Inaugural Zia Sprint Car Classic with Caleb Saiz & Caleb Stelzig earning the feature wins.

Flying onto Vado Speedway Park for night one of the two-day visit of competition would find Eugene Thomas, Caleb Stelzig, and Dustin Cormany each earn heat racing wins with Stelzig earning the event high-point honors as Caleb Saiz would line up outside front-row for the feature.

Starting an all-Caleb front row with Stelzig on the inside and Saiz on the right, Caleb Saiz would not be denied in his first series win of the season Friday Night by clinching his sixth career series victory with seventh-starting Don Grable driving into a close runner-up battle as Rick Ziehl stayed in the hunt for the front the entire event to finish third. Nineteenth-starting Colt Treharn would hard-charge his way through the field to place fourth as Michael Fanelli rounded out the top-five finishers on Night One of the Zia Sprint Car Classic at Vado Speedway Park for the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association with the POWRi Sunset Grill 306 Non-Wing Sprints.

Attacking for a fresh night of racing on Night Two of the Zia Sprint Car Classic at Vado Speedway Park would witness Dustin Cormany, Wayne Siddle, and Caleb Stelzig each earn heat wins with Stelzig and Siddle lining up front-row for the twenty-five-lap feature event.

Saturday Night would see Caleb Stelzig recover from a Night One mishap to clinch his leading tenth career series victory after cruising from a pole grid with third-starting Rick Ziehl placing in a close runner-up battle as JR Bonesteel would hard-charge through the field from starting last on the field to place third. Eighth-starting Robert Marfia would place fourth as Night One Winner Caleb Saiz rounded out the top-five finishers on Championship Night of the Zia Sprint Car Classic at Vado Speedway Park for the POWRi New Mexico Motor Racing Association with the POWRi Sunset Grill 306 Non-Wing Sprints.
