Opening Night in the Books
Opening night is in the books at Rapid Speedway for the 2014 season! We would like to thank everyone that attended and showed their support for our track! We got off to a late start because of the high car count, 111 to be exact, and raced without an intermission to try to get done at a reasonable time. Overall we had a great night of racing with some great fans and some great racers. We would like to congratulate our A Feature winners who were Brady Klaassen in his 35K of the Sportsmans class, Zach Olivier in his 71 car of our USRA Hobby Stocks, Cory Crapser in his 07 USRA Iron Man B-Mod, Elijah Zevenbergen in his 66Z USRA Iron Man Stock Car and in our USMTS main event Zach VanderBeek in the 33Z. Thanks again to everyone that came out to either race, watch or work. It takes a lot of people to make a racetrack work and you are all appreciated!
