Badger / POWRi Regional Midgets set to join Illinois Speedweek Nights four & five
Macon, Ill., June 7---Racing continues for the Zimbrick Chevrolet of Sun Prairie Badger Midget Racing Series & POWRi Lucas Oil Regional Midget Series this weekend. Both midget series will join the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League and POWRi Speedway Motors 600cc Outlaw Micro League for nights four and five of "Illinois Speedweek”. Saturday Night June 9 will feature a stop at the high banked 1/5-mile Macon Speedway. The Speedweek finale will be on Sunday Night at Lincoln Speedway.
The Badger/POWRi Regional portion of the scheduled June 8 event at Jacksonville Speedway has been removed by the promoter due to curfew concerns. The event will proceed with the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midgets, WAR Lucas Oil Sprint Cars and POWRi Outlaw Micros.
