Fourth-place finish in Mike Butler Memorial at Gaffney

Making his lone start of the Memorial Day weekend, Ross Bailes made the short trip to Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Sunday afternoon for the Ultimate Southeast Series-sanctioned Mike Butler Memorial. Scoring a Top-5 finish in the $7,500-to-win A-Main, Bailes scored a fourth-place finish in the 50-lapper. He trailed Brandon Overton, Brent Dixon, and Derrick Ramey to the checkers with Trent Ivey coming in fifth.
