GLSS-Great Lakes Super Sprints

KEEGAN WINS HIS SECOND JACK HEWITT CLASSIC

Waynesfield, OH - Fremont Ohio native, Mike Keegan, secures his first feature win of the season tonight at Waynesfield Raceway Park! The Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro & ARP rolled into WRP to take part in the annual All Sprints Jack Hewitt Classic.

Taking the track last for qualifying the GLSS drivers still had a super fast track with Max Stambaugh (Elida, OH) being the Ti22 Performance Fast Qualifier with a blistering 11.524.

Rolling out for the Engine Pro Feature, Keegan jumped out for the lead early with past champion Phil Gressman (Fremont, OH) and Kasey Jedrzejek (Lagrange, OH) staying on his tail as they quickly caught up to lap traffic. Keegan made it around the lap traffic with Zane DeVault (Plymouth, IN) right on his tale. Keegan takes the checkered for his first GLSS win on the 2024 season. Kobe Allison (Lima, OH) was tonight's Operating Engineers 324 Hard Charger moving up 9 spots. Frank Neill (Vickery, OH) takes home tonight's Engine Pro Lucky Dog.
