JEREMY CAMP CONQUERS 33 CAR FIELD AT JACKSONVILLE
Belleville, IL. (10/10/2020) Jeremy Camp of Sullivan, IL. put together a hard fought 20 laps with the POWRi Engler Machine & Tool Micro Sprint League at Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, IL. Friday, October 9th. With only his third start this season with the POWRi Micros, Camp capitalized and visited victory lane.
Camp started the 20-lap main event on the outside of the front row, with Trevin Littleton to his inside. Littleton, at the drop of the green flag took off and stuck the bottom side of the racetrack. After back to back yellows that stacked the field back up, Camp ran down Littleton and took the lead.
Camp still leading by over a second while the rest of the field battles behind him. With three laps left the caution flag waved as Caden Englehart slowed. Going back green Camp still lead, Aaron Andruskevitch followed on second and Harley Hollan in third. Finishing out the last three laps, Camp finished strong and conquered the field to take himself to victory lane.
