Kyle Jones Sweeps Mickey Walker Classic with POWRi West Midget League

Belleville, IL (6/4/22) Continuing to honor a fellow driver with outstanding on-track excitement, the Lucas Oil POWRi West Midget League presented by Realty Connect, would see Kyle Jones continue to ride the wave of success to reign supreme at Creek County Speedway for Night Two of the 2nd Annual Mickey Walker Classic.

Early on-track achievements would find previous night victor Kyle Jones continue to show the on-track speed with a 13.187-lap time to capture hot-lap top-time as Jones would also earn the heat racing win to gain the high-point award and pole grid for the feature line-up.

Launching to the initial green would find Kyle Jones aiming to remain perfect on the night with outside front-row companion Justin Zimmerman locked in an intense battle for the top spot as Jones would again gain the early advantage.

Proving to be quickest on the weekend, Kyle Jones would emerge victorious for the second time in the season and fifth time career with the POWRi West Midget League. Justin Zimmerman would finish runner-up with Emilio Hoover hard-charging to the final podium placement. Shannon McQueen placed fourth as Branigan Roark rounded out the top-five finishers for the Lucas Oil POWRi West Midget League presented by Realty Connect at Creek County Speedway for Night Two of the Second Annual Mickey Walker Classic.

Weekly classes include Jr. Jr. Sprint Trophy Class, POWRi Junior Sprint Micros, POWRi Restrictor Micros, Turf Tire Micros, POWRi Non-Wing Micros, and POWRi A-Class Wing Micros.
