Belleville, IL – The POWRi Lucas Oil National & West Midget League is thrilled to announce that the Saturday 9/30 Meents Memorial at Belle-Clair Speedway will be tape delayed broadcast on MAVTV.

The Meents Memorial Presented by Priority Aviation will bring out National & West Midget drivers from all over the Mid-West.
