Setters Focuses on Continuing Winning Ways at Electric City Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – GREAT FALLS, Mont. (May 25, 2021) – James Setters heads into a Rocky Mountain Sprint Car Series show at Electric City Speedway this Saturday with momentum.

Setters guided the Mike Quigley owned No. 2 to Victory Lane during the season opener at the bullring in Great Falls, Mont., earlier this month.

“I’m hoping we’ll have a couple more cars there this weekend and we can all put on a great race,” he said.

Setters won four of five Rocky Mountain Sprint Car Series races to capture the championship in 2019 and he claimed five of six series events last year for his second straight title. He is hopeful that trend continues this Saturday.

“We’ve had a good package and been able to capitalize most of the times we’ve raced,” he said. “The big thing is setting yourself up for success with a good heat race run and we’ve usually done that.”

Saturday marks the second of seven series races at Electric City Speedway this season. There’s one race in June, one in July and three in August following this weekend.
