Midwest Legends Dirt Series
Rain Forces Postponement at BDR
Beaver Dam, WI (June 1st, 2024) - Long lasting rain has put a hold on the second day of Midwest Legends Dirt Series Presented by Legends.Direct racing action at Beaver Dam Raceway. The two-night event, which saw Friday nights action go flawless, will be resumed Wednesday, July 10th.
30 cars made the trip on Friday night for the first part of the event, with 3 qualifying sessions and 4 heat races on the card. Jordan Miklas would take the top time in qualifying and pick up the heat 1 win. The remaining heat races would be won by Jackson Lewis, Michael Weber, and Dallas Ross. That would be the end of the night for the MLDS and the end of racing for the weekend.
The 2nd half of MLDS racing and 2nd day of the event overall has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 10th. That will mark 2 days straight for the legend class, as the track will have its weekly action the night before.
Attention turns to next Friday, where the Midwest Legends Dirt Series Presented by Legends.Direct will be in action for the only time this year at Gravity Park in Chilton, Wisconsin.
