Double-Header Weekend on Tap for the MLDS
West Allis, WI (September 12th, 2024) - After a nice and relaxing break, the cars and stars of the Midwest Legends Dirt Series Presented by Legends.Direct return for action this coming weekend. Two of the final three races will take place at Outagamie Speedway and 141 Speedway for the series first trips to both tracks. The first race will be on Friday, September 13th, at the Outagamie Fairgrounds and Outagamie Speedway. The series first and only trip to the 1/3rd mile, semi-banked clay oval is set to bring the big names as always as well as some prospective new drivers as well. The drivers will make the 45-minute drive on September 14th with Maribel, Wisconsin’s 141 Speedway playing host to the second race of the weekend. Jackson Lewis still leads the points with Jordan Miklas behind in second. Ryan Sullivan sits in third with Michael Weber and Hayden Schmuhl fourth and fifth. Dallas Ross sits sixth with seventh being Brady Ascherien. The final three spots of the top ten, eighth, ninth, and tenth goes to Adam Zellmer, Lilly Fassbender, and Nate Wolbers.
On Friday the pits will open at 3:00pm, grandstands at 4:30pm, and racing at 6:30pm. Six other divisions will join the series. On Saturday, the pits and grandstands are set to open at 3:00pm with racing set to begin at 6:00pm. The series will join the Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprint Cars and two other divisions.
