Ryan Quackenbush will be back for his third go around with the Rapid Tire USAC East Coast Sprint Car Series for the 2020 season, with a new car, and new focus on wingless racing for the new year.

Quackenbush has spent the last two seasons racing with both the USAC East Coast Series and many winged 360 sprint car shows across the northeast. Ryan was able to capture Rookie of the Year honors with the URC Winged sprint car series in 2018, and this season won the award for being the highest finishing driver in both USAC East Coast and URC points. The young driver was able to finish 6th in points with the USAC Eastern Series and 5th in URC points respectively. Quackenbush made every USAC feature event in the 2019 season, collecting six top tens in eleven starts, grabbing a heat race victory at the Bedford Speedway, and three straight top tens to finish out the season.

After speaking with Quackenbush he has confirmed his plans to return to the USAC East Coast Sprint Car Series in 2020 and will focus primarily on wingless racing, with limited winged starts. Quackenbush will also debut a brand new chassis for the 2020 season, one which is not usually used for wingless racing. Quackenbush will be utilizing an RPM Chassis built by super sportsman competitor Russell Mitten out of Cumberland County, PA.

Quackenbush stated that he is “Extremely excited to travel to more new tracks for the 2020 season” and that they are focused on “Getting their name out there more” this season, and "Hope to gain more fan attention” while on tour in 2020.
