Crate Racin' USA Season Finale Moves to Swainsboro

Eastaboga, AL – August 13, 2024 – The Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin' USA Dirt Late Model Series will bring its 20th Anniversary season to a conclusion now at Swainsboro Raceway on November 29th and 30th, during the annual Turkey 100, which will feature a $10,000-to-win 604 late model feature.

Originally scheduled to take place at Cochran Motor Speedway, the season finale has been relocated due to unforeseen uncertainties surrounding the track. In response, track and series officials have collaborated to move the event to Swainsboro Raceway, which already had an iconic event planned for that weekend. This decision ensures that fans and competitors alike will still enjoy a spectacular end to the season.

Swainsboro Raceway, known for its competitive track and enthusiastic fanbase, was previously scheduled to host the series earlier this spring for the Pine Tree 100. Unfortunately, that event was canceled due to inclement weather on May 3rd and 4th. With the season finale's relocation, fans will have another opportunity to experience the excitement of the series at the Swainsboro Raceway this November.

"We're excited to bring the season finale to Swainsboro Raceway and finish our 20th Anniversary season on a high note," said Crate Racin' USA Series Director, Adam Stewart. "Although we had to make a change from Cochran Motor Speedway, we're thrilled to be returning to a venue with such a strong history of great racing. The Turkey 100 is always an anticipated event, and we appreciate the flexibility and support from J.J and his entire team to invite us to be a part of it."

This will be only the second appearance at Swainsboro Raceway by the Adam Stewart directed series, the first happened back on August 5th of 2023 when local favorite Cody Overton scored the victory over fellow Georgia driver Pearson Lee Williams and last year's series champion Mark Whitener.

The Turkey 100 is set to be a weekend of high-octane racing, featuring two days of intense competition culminating in the $10,000-to-win main event. Fans can look forward to an action-packed schedule, with opportunities to interact with drivers and enjoy the festive atmosphere of this storied event.
