The MiltonCAT Modified Racing Series season membership is open forms are available online .Also forms for rookie of the year , engine builder and Medical info forms are available on line . Memberships before April 1st receive a $50.00 discount. Also available is the Northeast Classic registration form . PLEASE ALSO INCLUDED A W-9 WITH MEMBERSHIP FORM ENTRIES
