POWRi National Fleet of CBIndustries Rookies Prepare for SPEEDWeek

Belleville, IL. (06/08/2021) The Lucas Oil POWRi National Midget League has one of the toughest fleet of rookies the series has seen in a few years. There are six rookies competing against each other for Rookie of the Year, while Chad Boat and his CBIndustries team brings a total of three of them to the track, each week.

Ryan Timms out of Oklahoma City, OK. sits behind the wheel of the No. 85T with the CBInsustries team. Timms found himself in victory lane at Lake Ozark Speedway with only 11 races under his belt. On top of his win, Timms has four top five and seven top ten finishes so far in the 2021 season. Timms sits sixth overall in Lucas Oil POWRi National Midget season points, as well as third overall in rookie standings.

Brent Crews the Denver, NC. native sits as another rookie with the CBIndustries team. Crews is the driver behind the No.86 midget, he has captured four top five finishes as well as eight top 10. Crews has earned his career best finish of second place, which came to him at Charleston Speedway. He sits fifth overall in season points and second in rookie points, heading into SPEEDWeek

Jade Avedisian of Clovis, CA. is the third driver for CBIndustries who pilots the No. 84. Jade Is one of our three females who have been in competition with the POWRi Midgets thus far in the 2021 season. Avedisian has hit a total of six races with the series and has earned herself a couple of heat race wins, as well as a career best fifth place finish. Avedisian sits back in seventeenth in points standings, as well as sixth overall for rookie points.

You can catch all of the drivers behind the wheel for SPEEDWeek starting Wednesday, June 16th at Charleston Speedway. Thursday, June 17th at Lincoln Speedway, Friday, June 18th at Jacksonville Speedway, Saturday, June 19th at Macon Speedway and rounding out the weekend Sunday, June 20th at Fayette County Speedway.
