Kansas Summer Nationals to Crown Pro Mod FWD presented by Summit Racing Points Champion This Weekend
Sellersburg, IN (August 3, 2023) – A three-way clash at the top of the Pro Modified Four Wheel Drive Trucks presented by Summit Racing standings will be settled in two sessions of action at the Kansas Summer Nationals in McLouth, Kansas this weekend, August 4th and 5th. As the final weekend of action for this class on the Champions Tour for the 2023 season, it's a game of inches that translates into critical points - that determines a points title!
Currently in the points lead is former class champion Terry Hagedorn and the "Kickin' Up Dust" Chevrolet. Just four points behind him is 2022 class champ Jim Bosch and his Midnight Raider Chevrolet, and a mere six points behind Hagedorn in third is Steve Clem piloting the "Ratical" Chevrolet. These three standout pullers will not only be battling one another but will have to contend with a whole class of top-flight pullers who take the win, anytime, anywhere!
Joining the Pro Mods and representing the Champion Seed Western Series in McLouth will be Fleece Performance Pro Street Diesel Trucks, Super Modified Two Wheel Drive Trucks, Sancrest Specialized Transport 85 Limited Pro Stock Tractors, Tuff Wireless Pro Farm Tractors, Sancrest Trailer Sales 95 Limited Pro Stock Tractors (Saturday only), No Way Man Limited Pro Stock Diesel Trucks (Saturday only), Light Limited Super Stock Tractors (Saturday only), and 6000 Pro Farm Tractors from the MSTPA. The 85 Limited Pro Stocks, 95 Limited Pro Stocks, Pro Farm Tractors, and Limited Pro Stock Diesel Trucks will also be running for PPL Member-State Nebraska Bush Pullers points on the weekend as well.
