Crowder Soars to Top of ARP Super Stock Diesel Truck Competition for 2023 Points Championship
Sellersburg, IN (October 26th, 2023) – With a ten-session season of competition, the points battle in the ARP Super Stock Diesel Truck Division was ripe for an intense battle from start to finish. Kent Crowder, piloting the Scheid Diesel Dodge, claimed his fourth points title in 2023, proving the mettle of the veteran puller in a championship campaign.
Crowder kicked off the season with a pair of wins at the Southern Illinois Showdown at Track at Holzhauers in Nashville, Illinois. He would continue that top-flight consistency through the remainder of the season, scoring points finishes no worse than a fourth in the 2023 title run. Chase Eller and the "Caretaker" Dodge would keep the battle interesting through the season, finishing just eighteen points behind Crowder after a stellar run of his own that included a season-ending win at the Scheid Diesel Extravaganza. Keith Witt propelled the "American Pride" Ram into the third spot, thirty points out of first place.
Crowder, along with his fellow ARP Super Stock Diesel Truck competitors, will be recognized for their efforts at the Pro Pulling League Champions Tour Banquet on Saturday, November 18th. Congratulations Kent for scoring the 2023 points title!
