RAIN HALTS "HAMPEL MEMORIAL" MOVED TO JUNE 18TH

Heavy rains early Friday along with increasing chances for additional rainfall on Friday night through a portion of the day on Saturday have forced ACS officials to POSTPONE the April 30th, running of the "Gail & Karen Hampel Memorial" Presented by Dirt Track Bank.

ACS along with SLMR Late Model series officials will be moving this event to JUNE 18TH with the same $3,000 to win late model purse + the added $500 winner BONUS from Always Race Day. IN ADDITION, the Hampel Family will again be covering all Late Model Pre-Entries for this event when done online through the SLMR website. Please watch the SLMR website for details on when to pre-enter (drivers already pre-entered will have to pre-enter again for the new date).

In addition, the 1st Annual "Underdog 22" for Modifieds will also roll to the same June 18th date racing for $1,022 to win and $125 to start.

Stock Cars $550 to WIN, B-Mods, and Hobby Stocks will also be on the card for June 18th.

The new opening night is now planned for May 7th with details to be released soon!
